If your account was frozen or closed and you believe it was a mistake, you can request a review.

Appeals are only accepted through this appeal form, and may take up to 1 week to receive a response.

When you submit the form, include:

  • The email or username on the account

  • Your business EIN, Address and name.

  • Any supporting details, such as business license, business card, and any other ifnformation we can use to verify your business.

Our team reviews every appeal and will follow up with a decision. Please note that some decisions are final and can't be reversed.
