Appeals are only accepted through this appeal form, and may take up to 1 week to receive a response.
When you submit the form, include:
The email or username on the account
Your business EIN, Address and name.
Any supporting details, such as business license, business card, and any other ifnformation we can use to verify your business.
Our team reviews every appeal and will follow up with a decision. Please note that some decisions are final and can't be reversed.
